We are so glad you are here! After years of loving Leonbergers as a family, we are beyond thrilled to have the privilege of sharing our love of Leonbergers with others!

I remember the moment. Perched on our wooden barstool, my mother was cutting my hair, and right then and there I decided to present my case. With every persuasive tool an eight-year old might posses, I began delicately painting a picture of the Leonberger. I do not think I have or will ever try to sell a Leonberger to anyone as hard as I tried to sell that one to my mother. As the conversation still seemed agreeable, I took courage and shared the best piece, which I had been saved for last…They have the strength of a lion and the gentleness of a lamb. The hair-cutting stopped, as did the conversation, and one can assume that the only phrase apparently heard was the lion and the strength part. While I never experienced this Leonberger dream as a child, as an adult I have the privilege of sharing this dream with my own children and husband. If I could go back to that hair-cutting moment in time, having experienced life with Leonbergers, I would have instead shared this. “The beauty of a lion and the gentleness of a lamb". And now we have opportunity to share the truth, goodness and enchanting beauty of the Leonberger with a community of people ready to have a Leonberger written into their own unique and precious story.
